Pow Pow Powder Detergent

Pow Pow Powder laundry detergent:

1/3 of a cup of liquid Castile Soap

1 cup Washing Soda

1 Cup Baking Soda

1 Cup White Vinegar

~ Start with the liquid soap, add washing soda, then baking soda. Slowly add the vinegar or you will have a homemade volcano J

~keep mixing until the liquid turns into a paste then a powder

~ use ¼ a cup in washer

Liquid Laundry Detergent

Liquid Laundry Detergent:

34 cups of water

2 cups of washing soda

2 cups borax

2 cups soap flakes (or grate a bar of pure and natural soap)

4 cups of boiling water

~Add the soap flakes or grated soap to the 4 cups of boiling water until soap is melted and mixed into the water

~ Use a stainless steel , Aluminum pail or large plastic bucket to store

Tips : Must use washing soda that is sodium carbonate. Baking soda which is sodium bicarbonate will not work.

            You can add 10-15 drops of essential oils per 2 gallons to add a lovely sent
